Terms of Service

Welcome to www.star-athlete.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our classes, programs, website, and services (“Services”). By enrolling your child or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Our programs are designed for children aged 2 to 12. By registering, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the participating child and authorized to enroll them in our programs.

2. Health and Safety

• Parents/guardians must ensure their child is in good physical health before participating.
• Any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs must be disclosed during registration.
• We reserve the right to remove a child from class if health or behavior poses a risk to others.

3. No Screen Policy

Our sessions are screen-free. Children are expected to participate in physical activities without the use of digital devices during class time.

4. Behavior and Conduct

Children and parents are expected to maintain respectful behavior. Bullying, aggressive behavior, or repeated disruption may lead to dismissal without a refund.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Class cancellations due to weather, emergencies, or low enrollment may be rescheduled.
• Refunds are only provided with at least 5 days’ notice before the start of a session. No refunds for missed classes.

6. Media Consent

With your permission, we may take photos or videos during classes for promotional use. You can opt out of this by notifying us in writing.

7. Liability Waiver

By enrolling, you acknowledge that physical activity involves risk. You release Active Kids BA LLC, its staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
